What You’ll Do

HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates
  • Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience
  • Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
