Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
  • Manage employee insurance purchases and renewals.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters.
  • Administer CPF submissions and compliance.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee income tax filing (IR8A and related submissions).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior HR experience preferred.
