Job Summary
:The HR Manager is responsible for executing HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role supports key HR functions in partnership with Global COE’s and other HR Mangers, such as talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with operations leadership to ensure that HR strategies support business objectives, enhance productivity, and help cultivate a positive workplace culture that aligns with operational needs and long-term success.
