Job Description
HRLife are excited to be working with a small, but hugely successful business to find their next HR Manager on a part time basis (20-25 hours per week).
There is some flexibility and this can either be 3 full days or across 5 days working school hours.
You'll be working closely with the Directors and board members to manage all aspects of HR, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and company values. You'll contribute to helping maintain a people oriented business with a positive culture, where staff
are valued and the business is viewed as an “employer of choice.”
You'll provide the Directors strategic support with people-focused business decisions and support and coach managers to ensure they're great managers developing, retaining and engaging their teams.
