Purpose of the Job
- Working knowledge / Experience of end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
- Experience of maintaining Employee records in SuccessFactors.
- Provide Payroll input to the payroll team.
- Maintain statutory compliance for India.
- Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.
- Responsible for HR operational support to Global HR Operations, including payroll delivery.
- Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.
- Escalate/refer cases to team lead as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
