HR Operations Specialist South Dublin | Hybrid Working | 12 month FTC A large, well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join its People team. This role will suit a highly organised HR professional with strong operational HR experience, particularly across contract management, employee lifecycle administration and HR compliance. Working as part of a collaborative HR Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate and compliant HR services while supporting managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of HR Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
