Role: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Berkeley, MO / Hazelwood, MO

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $38/hr- $40/hr on W2

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and appropriately responds to basic and moderately complex customer requests using ServiceNow, Workday, and PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS)
• Work closely with Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Compensation to ensure consistent interpretation and application of CBA terms.
• Interfaces directly with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquires
• Leverages knowledge of Workday business processes, business acumen and critical thinking to perform daily work
