Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management or related field from reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from Financial Services / Manufacturing / Heavy Equipments.
  • Min. 2 years experience in Recruitment / Payroll / Reward & Benefit
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel, ATS concept and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language for professional communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential data with integrity.
  • High achiever and eager to learn new things.
