Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Management or related field from reputable university.
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from Financial Services / Manufacturing / Heavy Equipments.
- Min. 2 years experience in Recruitment / Payroll / Reward & Benefit
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel, ATS concept and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language for professional communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential data with integrity.
- High achiever and eager to learn new things.
