Human Resources Specialist

The Opportunity

This is not a transactional HR role. As HR Specialist – Service Delivery, you will play a critical role in end-to-end management of Human Resource Information Systems, timekeeping, employee records, statutory compliance, and company-initiated benefits to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient HR operations.

You will deliver timely HR Services and administrative support including employee inquiries, government transactions, benefits administration, payroll-related coordination, and separation processes, while ensuring compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and statutory requirements. You will also support employee experience initiatives, benefits enhancement, HRIS utilization, and stakeholder capability building through effective coordination with internal teams, external providers, and government agencies.
