The primary purpose of this position is to provide recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office. Responsibilities Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Advises management on recruitment strategies, sources, and special programs, recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive programs. Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program.
