Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers efficient and effective HR Processes to facilitate optimum performance
  • Implements HR policies and processes
  • Delivers HR services in a timely and efficient manner to the customer.
  • Conducts initial assessment and interviews for hiring purposes in the sector
  • Organizes and facilitates new employees’ orientation and on-boarding plans
  • Provides support in delivering Learning and Development activities in the sector
  • Provides support in the conduct and implementation of Performance Management and Consequence Management
  • Plans and implements Rewards & Recognition programs, Employee Relations activities and Family/Community Welfare programs such as Family Day, Sportsfest, Christmas parties for employees and dependents
  • Manages employees’ records, 201 files, and ensures regular and timely updating and clean-up of master data
