Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Delivers efficient and effective HR Processes to facilitate optimum performance
- Implements HR policies and processes
- Delivers HR services in a timely and efficient manner to the customer.
- Conducts initial assessment and interviews for hiring purposes in the sector
- Organizes and facilitates new employees’ orientation and on-boarding plans
- Provides support in delivering Learning and Development activities in the sector
- Provides support in the conduct and implementation of Performance Management and Consequence Management
- Plans and implements Rewards & Recognition programs, Employee Relations activities and Family/Community Welfare programs such as Family Day, Sportsfest, Christmas parties for employees and dependents
- Manages employees’ records, 201 files, and ensures regular and timely updating and clean-up of master data
