Job Description

The Role:

Provides end-to-end HR guidance to employees and leaders on policies, employee relations matters, and lifecycle transactions while ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and a positive employee experience within an HR shared services or BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides accurate responses to routine policy inquiries using references and job aids with minimal supervision.
  • Handles simple employee concerns and escalates sensitive cases appropriately while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Processes onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement transactions accurately within SLA.
  • Maintains and updates employee records while ensuring document completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Advisor...
