Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PLANS & PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. Responsibilities You will perform job analysis, workforce planning/analysis, and advise management on identifying, attracting, and retaining a high-quality and diverse workforce that is capable of accomplishing the organization's mission You will provide advisory services to management on staffing actions to include placements, merit promotions, and recruitment from internal and external sources. You will perform position evaluations, establish, and maintain a position classification program to determine appropriate pay system, occupational grouping, title and grade of positions You will coordinate and attend recruitment fairs and other recruitment events establishing partnerships with local colleges for the recruitment of interns to ensure a diverse workforce.
