Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of HR services and supervising HR team members to ensure effective, compliant, and consistent HR operations. The role provides operational employee relations and industrial relations support, including assisting with union engagement and enterprise bargaining activities, within the Australian employment framework.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery
Supervise the delivery of core HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.
Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with company policies and Australian employment legislation.
Act as an escalation point for HR operational queries from managers and employees.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
