Job Summary

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. This role supports talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration to ensure an effective and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and office positions.
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify manpower requirements.
