Job Description

Responsibilities


1. HR Management

Lead recruitment, compensation & performance management, promotion planning and talent pipeline development. Oversee payroll processing and admin logistics, monitor labor costs to balance operational efficiency and cost control.


2. Culture Integration

Communicate Midea Group’s core values to drive cultural alignment. Use training, team activities and regular check-ins to boost collaboration and trust between local staff and Chinese expatriates.


3. Government Compliance & Vendor Oversight

Ensure full adherence to Indonesian labor laws by liaising with labor authorities and BPJS. Manage outsourced employees and vendor performance to mitigate employment risks.


4. Risk Mitigation & Team Support

Partner with the EHS team to deliver occupational health training. Resolve labor disputes and emergency cases, and provide tailored HR solutions to business departments.
