Position Overview


The HR Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Global HR Systems Administrator in the optimisation, and ongoing support of the group’s HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS applications across the IPH Group. This position will have technical and functional expertise, responsible for amending configuration, maintaining, and enhancing the HR systems under the guidance of the Global HR Systems Administrator to ensure a seamless experience for HR teams, employees, and leaders. The HR Systems Administrator collaborates closely with HR, IT, payroll, and other internal stakeholders to support business processes, ensure data integrity, and support the drive for continuous improvement in HR technology.
