Job Description:  
Battery Design Experience:  Knowledge of battery chemistries, cell configurations, packaging design, and thermal management. Hands-on experience in designing battery systems for applications such as electric vehicles. 
Battery Modelling & Simulation:  Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, COMSOL, or equivalent to analyze performance, predict behavior, and optimize designs. 
Battery Testing & Characterization:  Experience with battery testing and characterization techniques, including testing protocols, equipment operation, and data acquisition. 
Standards & Compliance:  Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ISO, or AIS for battery testing.
