HVAC Controls Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 2–3 technical troubleshooting and support for HVAC control systems and building automation technologies used in commercial and mission-critical facilities.

This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), sensors, controllers, thermostats, communication devices, and low-voltage control systems. The position supports customers, contractors, installers, electricians, and field technicians through phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.

This is not a design engineering role and does not focus on HVAC system design or project engineering. The primary responsibility is technical problem-solving and customer support.
