Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Systems.
- To immediately attend, rectify, and escalate any breakdown or failure of the system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
- To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
- To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections for facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical/mechanical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors when required.
- Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with site safety requirements and procedures.
