Job Description
Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
Use mechanical knowledge to assemble, install, and test HVAC equipment and components following manufacturer's specifications
Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
Conduct property maintenance related to HVAC installations
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required
Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
