We are looking for a talented HVAC Lead - Data Centre to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vikhroli, India.
Position Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize concept note for HVAC system.
Prepare and obtain approval of CHW & VRV schematic.
Review & Prepare design heat load calculations, Utility estimations, PUE, WUE, TST calculations.
Preparation of Tender documents, i.e., Bill of quantity, technical data sheet, Equipment specifications, Room data sheet, etc.
Preparation & participation in technical bid analysis (TBA).
Review and approve coordination drawings prepared by the draftsman and finalize with necessary value additions.
