Key Responsibilities
- PM and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and componentsBoilers and boiler components, Package rooftop systems, Heat Pumps, Unit heaters
- Respond to and perform emergency and preventative maintenance with detailed reports and strong customer service
- Strong drive for customer satisfaction
- Communication skills with customers and team is a key resource to success
- Recover, recycle, store, and dispose of refrigerants according to environmental regulations.
- Perform minor electrical repairs (controls, contactors, motors, wiring)
- Strong BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance programs on equipment
- Ability to price and scope out reactive repairs and small projects
