HVAC Technician - Hard Services (EvSye Facility Management)

EvSye Facility Management is urgently seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our hard services team in Dubai.

• Must hold a valid ITI or equivalent technical diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands‑on GCC experience in a facilities management or construction environment.
• Ability to read technical blueprints and physically work in extreme outdoor temperatures on high‑rise rooftops.

• Perform strict preventative and reactive maintenance on massive HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and chilled water pumps.
• Respond immediately to emergency call‑outs in residential and commercial buildings within the strict 2‑hour SLA timeframe.
• Accurately log all completed repairs, parts used, and technical notes into the company’s CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facility Management) system.
