**Job Description**
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; document findings and corrective actions. Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS). Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of parts and tools. Assist with major repairs and collaborate with other maintenance staff. Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Attend training sessions and complete required documentation on time.
