HW Test Engineer – New Product Development

We are looking for a HW Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Nedre Vats or Oslo and play a key role in early‑phase New Product Development (NPD). You will test hardware modules and sub‑assemblies, uncover risks early, and help shape robust, high‑quality products.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute hardware tests for modules and sub‑assemblies
• Set up and run lab testing, rigs, and instrumentation
• Analyze results and identify failures, trends, and improvement areas
• Support root cause investigations and validation of design changes
• Work closely with hardware engineers to provide fast, actionable feedback
• Contribute to improving test methods, setups, and practices
