Job Description
Navigate church leadership as a Hybrid Executive Pastor. Oversee both executive functions and pastoral duties for the main campus in this pivotal role.
You will work alongside the Lead Pastor to provide strategic insight, develop ministry leaders, and streamline administrative processes. Engaging directly with congregants, you will ensure they find community and purpose through organized groups and services while managing key areas within the church.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve on the Leadership Team with oversight duties
• Guide ministry leaders in annual strategic planning
• Create systems to lessen the Lead Pastor's workload
• Facilitate organizational meetings and retreats
• Monitor program effectiveness for mission alignment
Requirements:
• Extensive church leadership experience
• Strong coaching and developing skills for staff
• Excellent preaching and teaching abilities
• Preferred graduate-level education
