JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer to guide and elevate intermediate and junior designers through constructive design reviews and collaborative pairing sessions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role: User Experience designers shape the experiences we create through each of our digital products. You’ll work within an agile environment and iterative process, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders to analyze, design and convey your design vision.
You’ll use your expertise to delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite. A natural problem solver, communicator and facilitator, you’ll be involved in every step of the process from idea generation to implementation.
