Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a People & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll and benefits administration while supporting the People, Culture & Talent department during a transitional period. The role ensures accurate and efficient service delivery while supporting employee relations and compliance with UK employment law.
The ideal candidate will possess significant HR experience, with strong knowledge of payroll processes and the capability to manage various employee relations cases. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite, for a fixed term contract.
