Ebury is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Mexico City office, offering a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will be a key member of the support engineering team, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with software engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Level 2 support, strong technical skills, and proficiency in Python. English proficiency is mandatory, and knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
