Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out hydrographic and bathymetric surveys for offshore and nearshore projects.
  • Support geotechnical investigation works including borehole positioning, CPT positioning, and seabed mapping.
  • Operate survey systems including multibeam, single beam echo sounders, side scan sonar, DGPS/GNSS, and motion sensors.
  • Perform vessel positioning and navigation support during marine operations.
  • Process and analyze hydrographic survey data and prepare charts, contour maps, and reports.
  • Conduct calibration, patch tests, and quality assurance checks for survey equipment.
  • Monitor tidal data and apply corrections as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, offshore crews, and project teams.
  • Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, HSE policies, and international survey standards.
