Job Description

The Hygiene Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel operations, with a strong focus on food safety and guest well-being. This position supports the Hygiene Manager in implementing robust hygiene systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and Accor brand standards. 


Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Technology, Public Health, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance role in hospitality or food service. 
  • Certification in FSCO, HACCP, ServeSafe, ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety systems is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Philippine food safety laws and regulations. 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
