Senior Mechanical Technician
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians providing guidance training and support.
- Oversee the repair maintenance and troubleshooting of marine engines generators transmissions and related mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimum functionality and reliability of marine equipment.
- Dismantle rebuild and assemble mechanical components as per service manuals and established procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels order spare parts and manage supporting materials for maintenance activities.
- Advise users on correct maintenance practices and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate logs technical documentation and prepare detailed technical reports.
