This hands-on position at Redpath is essential for maintaining operational excellence. You will supervise a team responsible for various machinery, while aligning maintenance efforts with production goals. Your leadership will enforce safety practices and effective risk control measures in all maintenance phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the work of mechanical personnel
• Manage maintenance of mobile and fixed equipment
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent on daily operations
• Implement risk management strategies for equipment
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Preferred Journeyman Certificate (421A)
• 7+ years Heavy-Duty Technician experience
• 5+ years mining industry experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leading role
