Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for performance of direct & indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO and external PMO).
  • Responsible for implementing the program structure incl. workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls and progress tracking, as well as monitoring adherence and taking appropriate measures in case of deviations.
  • Defining, implementing and utilizing program control processes, procedures and related tools, as well as ensuring relevant people are trained.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting out to Nutreco global management and BU management.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, utilization and tracking of a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.
