Minimum 35 years experience in full-stack, backend, or data-focused software development roles
Strong WordPress development and administration skills
Front-end and back-end web development
WordPress theme architecture, custom post types, and taxonomies
Cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and CSS-based design principles
SEO best practices and Google Analytics
Strong development skills in HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, and web animation techniques
