About The Role

As CBRE Information & Communications Technology Service Delivery Technician, you will provide on‑site support for the ICT and Engineering services within the Data Center environment. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, review, and complete IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests within timeframes and to industry standards.
  • Provide problem‑solving support. This includes server reboots, backups, visual inspections, etc.
  • Escort third‑party engineers and ensure their compliance with the site standards.
  • Receive, respond, and assign break and fix tickets within the agreed timeframe or escalatemont if they cannot be resolved.
