Job Description

The role

combines business as usual delivery with continuous improvement, balancing operational stability with technology lifecycle management, regular component upgrades and the introduction of new solutions as client needs evolve.

Due to the secure nature of the work, this role is office‑based. You will be based at one of our secure UK locations and will work on site as part of the delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting business as usual operations across a large‑scale directory and desktop estate, including lifecycle management and component upgrades.
  • Designing, integrating and testing new hardware and software for incorporation into the programme infrastructure.
  • Administering and enhancing the environment, including user account management, access control, data allocation and network access integrity.
