About the role
The WFM Intraday-Management Analyst is the entry level role into workforce management and in charge of administering WFM Intraday-Management processes for one or more business lines (depending on their size). This contains intraday and intraweek steering both front & back-office, steering network resources and intraday-management KPIs to ensure the achievement of targets and Service Level Agreements.
In your next challenge, you will:
- Maintain network staffing within threshold from scheduling handover through to network intraweek and intraday steering.
- Ensure all service desk tickets and WFM emails are supported within agreed SLA.
- Regular process review providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve & optimise.
- Bring clear and to‑point oral + written communication skills to convey solutions in a business context.
