Job Description

The Ford Lean Challenge is a full-immersion initiative designed for young talent to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world, world-class manufacturing environment. Over an 8-week period (2 months), under an on-site schedule of 5 hours per day at the plant, participants will take on the challenge of identifying areas of opportunity in production lines, logistics, or systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, participants will analyze operational data and design an innovative solution that optimizes processes, eliminates waste, and generates a measurable, high-value impact for the organization.


  • Education: Active undergraduate student currently enrolled in the 8th or 9th semester of the following Engineering programs: MechatronicsLogistics and Supply ChainMechanicalIT / SystemsIndustrialManufacturing / Production Systems
