We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded Financial Planning practice in Bury St Edmunds that are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator.

This position is based in the busy financial planning department of their office in Bury St Edmunds. Their financial planning department is growing and so they now need to add to their back-office staff to help with demand. This support role involves working closely with the Financial Planners and Paraplanners. The responsibilities of this important role include:

  • General day-to-day administration tasks such as dealing with client enquiries, taking telephone calls, obtaining information from providers and filing client documents.

  • Maintaining client information accurately on the firm’s software including CCH, Xplan and Investment platforms. Keeping compliant records for all financial planning services.
