IHSS RN Coordinator Job Type:

• Full time Compensation: Salary $72,000 to $87,000 a year Nursing and Therapy Services of Colorado (NTSOC) is seeking an experienced and compassionate IHSS RN Coordinator to support high-quality in-home care for pediatric and adult clients.


• This role coordinates IHSS/Agency-based services, supports individualized care planning, ensures compliance, and serves as a clinical resource for home-based care teams.
• The coordinator works with leadership and interdisciplinary staff to assess client needs, support service authorization, ongoing eligibility, and training.
• This position is primarily office-based with regular travel to client homes and is best suited for an RN with home health experience, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
