- Manage and respond to helpdesk emails, calls and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Track, follow up and ensure closure of pending queries within the defined TAT.
- Coordination with internal teams towards resolving customer queries.
- Prepare the weekly and monthly report
- Generate the analytical reports on customer queries received through calls and emails, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
