Job Description:

  • Manage and respond to helpdesk emails, calls and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Track, follow up and ensure closure of pending queries within the defined TAT.
  • Coordination with internal teams towards resolving customer queries.
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly report
  • Generate the analytical reports on customer queries received through calls and emails, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
