Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist – Talent Adviser to support recruitment operations and employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, solutions-driven, and capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of communication for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate new hire requirements across internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding
  • Improve and maintain recruitment process documentation and assist in training team members
  • Identify process inefficiencies within recruitment and project workflows, and recommend practical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
