Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding their surgical procedure, specifically focusing on the implants required.
- Clearly communicate the costs associated with the implants and the overall procedure.
- Educate patients on their payment options, assist with financial arrangements, and ensure all pre-operative payments (appraisals) are collected in a timely manner.
- Work directly with the surgical team.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and patient information.
