Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the initial phase of core banking and wealth management system implementations (Avaloq / Olympic) across front, middle, and back‑office operations.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, understanding current processes, data structures, and system environments.
  • Conduct fit‑gap analysis to compare business requirements against system functionalities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support risk identification, issue resolution, and decision‑making processes to ensure alignment and consensus.
  • Contribute to the development and review of implementation roadmaps, focusing on the initial project phases.
  • Enable smooth system adoption through on‑site observations, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.
