Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Own and manage the client integration and onboarding process

  • Guide the client tech team through the integration process

  • Plan and consult the client marketing team on use cases and solutioning

  • Coordinate between internal cross-functional teams

  • Ensure continuity between Sales and Customer Success

  • Reduce “Time to Revenue Recognition” and provide customers with a fast and effective onboarding experience
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Implementation 

  • Project Management skills with an organized approach

  • Documentation of Integration Processes and Best Practices

  • Good technical knowledge to help clients make appropriate customizations

  • Experience and understanding of Rest APIs

  • Experience in working on integrations with Android/iOS/other app platforms

  • Exposure to Mobile App Technologies is a plus
