Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to lead real estate brokerages through the onboarding and deployment of our real estate technology solutions. This role focuses on implementing our commission and transaction management system and our business intelligence platform that helps brokers analyze market data and drive growth through strategic agent recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and be capable of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Assess clients’ current business workflows prior to project kickoff and provide consultative recommendations on how to optimize their use of the platform.
