Summary

The Buying Administrator is responsible in Liaising with suppliers from multiple countries regarding the timely supply of accurate product information and imagery. The successful hire will prepare product information to submit new products to the website, including accurate descriptions, dimensions, features, pricing and image file labelling. 

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaise with suppliers regarding the timely supply of accurate product information and imagery.
  • Arrange product photography (including bookings, samples, briefing) and manage through to final image approval.
  • Entry and updating of product data and regular product information audits
