Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the import customer service team, ensuring smooth handling of shipments from arrival to job closure.
  • Oversee daily operations including documentation, carrier coordination, customs clearance, billing, and compliance with service standards.
  • Drive workflow improvements by identifying gaps and implementing practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs, provide coaching, and act as escalation point for complex service issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, customs, and other departments to deliver seamless import processes for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven supervisory experience in airfreight import customer service and billing functions.
  • Solid knowledge of import workflows, documentation, and customs regulations.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with a track record of supporting operational enhancements.
